Miss Vietnam Competes in Miss Universe
Miss Vietnam, Pham Thu Hang, was able to compete and represent Vietnam in the 2005 Miss Universe pageant. This is a rare occasion as the country does not have a national beauty contest that sends a winner each year. The dress is gorgeous, my favorite color and length.
