Law School Tactics

The small little joys of law school exam preparations.
Proximate cause: The defendant is the proximate cause of the plaintiff's injuries in both the car accident and the hospital's negligence in mistreating the plaintiff.


Summer v. Tice: when you have two defendants, but don't know who actually shot you. Sue both, and let the burden fall on the defendants to prove themselves innocent.
