tea & tattered pages

The owner of Tea & Tattered Pages is about 80 years old, and young as ever. She is Columbian so her first language is Spanish, but was educated in French and English as well. I think she has another language under her belt, but I'm not sure what it is. Her store is stuffed with floor to ceiling bookshelves, a back room for serving tea, and a downstairs level for sci-fi and children's books. A well fed tabby cat roams throughout the store, and will come up to customers without fear, asking to be petted. Here he is, after following me throughout the store, and getting bored with the fact that I was really looking for books and not just there for him, he went to sit the window to people watch.
