cleo!

I spent a good part of the weekend in LA with Kat, studying for the MPRE exam in the law library. However, after the study sesh, we'd hang out with Cleo, Kat's new puppy!!! [Her name is Cleo for her eye makeup] She is the most loving dog, so happy and rambunctious...and the best part, she LOVES me!! *_* I'm no expert of doggies because we never had pets growing up, but after Cleo, i MAY consider getting one of my own when I have a family! We took Cleo out to the doggy park in Playa Vista, and she ran amuck with Kat while I took pics. I took a bunch, but this one here has to be my favorite of her. She has the funniest face, and you can't help but smile when you look at her!

oh, and for this fun outing, I took my point & shoot. I recently picked up a Panasonic Lumix DMC-FP8, and I HIGHLY recommend this point & shoot!!! There is no external lens, so it fits perfectly into your purse or pocket, but still takes great photos with a Leica wide angle lens. It's absolutely perfect for all the times that I wish I had a cam, but didn't because my beloved G10 is too bulky to carry.
